Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience of presenting a simple user experience with a complex technical product
- Tech stack agnostic
- An outstanding portfolio showing not only the end product but how you achieved it
- Remote team experience
- Proven client service experience
- Passion for building great product with examples of successful product launches
- Critical thinking paired with strong execution
- Self motivated, self organised, highly driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6+ years of experience working on UX with the web/games/app arenas
- A deep understanding of Rapid Prototyping
- Bsc in Fine Arts/Design/Industrial Design
Desired:
- Understanding of the Games Industry it’s people, personas, and products
- All round technical knowledge outside of UX Design
- Proven leadership abilities
- Empathic character traits
- Ability to find problems before finding solutions
