Responsibilities:
- Animation Style Mastery: Proficient in animating in the style showcased in this example, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the established aesthetic.
- YouTube Analytics Analysis: Skilled in analyzing key YouTube metrics and analytics, including Average View Duration (AVD), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Impressions, and Average View Percentage (AVP), to discern effective content elements and areas for improvement.
- Initiative and Script Enhancement: Demonstrates initiative by enhancing provided scripts and instructions, improving animation quality, adjusting camera angles, and incorporating additional background elements such as “Easter Eggs” to enhance viewer engagement and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Full and in-depth understanding of vanilla and modded Minecraft
- Experience and moderate experience with creating and animating custom models in your preferred software
- Experience with animating facial expressions and rigs in your preferred software
- Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
- Ability to understand feedback and act on it.
