Job Opening: Senior Game Economy Designer F2P (Casual / LiveOps)
Location: Remote – Berlin, Germany
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Drive improvements in conversion, monetisation, and LTV.
- Design and balance gameplay features, progression systems, and monetisation models.
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to expand and improve the game’s performance.
- Iterate on game design and economy based on metrics, team input, playtests, and player feedback.
- Communicate design concepts clearly within the team and studio.
- Inspire the agile, multidisciplinary team with innovative and creative ideas.
- Continuously refine the game experience through data-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A consistent 5+ years track record of relevant, released casual games.
- Profound insight into core mechanics, game loop, and meta-game design in casual games.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional empathy to understand and connect with our target audience.
- Superb technical skills in balancing, tuning, polishing games, and developing monetisation strategies.
- A strong embrace of F2P models, enjoying working with KPIs and user feedback to refine your designs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
