Responsibilities:
- Implement and iterate on the best production process and tools across the team
- Day to day team and project management
- Defining and following milestones together with leads
- Anticipate and communicate potential problems like blockers, quality, or scope problems
- Make sure we prioritize people above deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working as a producer on shipped games
- Extensive knowledge of the game development process from start to finish
- Being ready to tell us what we do wrong and how we can improve
