Job Opening: Senior Game Recruiter
Location: Remote
Type: 6 month contract
Responsibilities:
- Leverage gaming communities, networks, and social media platforms to source champions of the craft
- Build and maintain a database of similar game studios and game candidates in Free-to-Play (F2P) models and Behavioural Economics to enhance our gaming experiences
- Be a trusted advisor to your hiring teams and use data-driven analytics to help make good hiring decisions
- Uphold our organizational culture and values, ensuring alignment with our objectives and team dynamics
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process across all game hiring including Product, Design, and Engineering
Qualifications & Skills:
- You are an experienced talent professional with a successful track record in hiring within the gaming industry
- Demonstrate expertise in Free-to-Play (F2P) models and Behavioural Economics as they relate to gaming
- A passion for collaborating with senior business leaders, advising them throughout the hiring lifecycle
- A problem solver: You ask the right questions and use all resources at your disposal to get to the root of a problem
- Share a passion for gaming and a commitment to success and innovation in our industry
