Job Opening: Senior Designer
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility of this role is to design a broad array of visual elements at a mastery level to contribute input at a conceptual, account, and/or brand level and be responsible for a project’s whole visual component and end-to-end delivery of creative brief/project.
- Establishing the visual vision for the look and feel of a concept
- Determine visual outputs of a design system
- Assigning design elements within a project or design system to other designers
- Providing day-to-day feedback on design to other designers within their projects
- Talking to others about becoming proficient and well-rounded designers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1).
- 4+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
- Proficiency with core tools – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Proficiency with secondary tools – Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Celtra.
- Ability to proof production design work for adherence to the brand, brief, and best practices
- Thoroughly understand design principles to make informed decisions and lead the production process
