Job Opening: Senior Concept Artist
Location: Poland. Europe
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Designing game worlds – from the atmosphere, topography, fauna and flora to technology and culture, from mountains and forests, buildings and vehicles, to characters and tools
- Focusing on organic creatures, like human characters, animals and plants
- Designing in a variety of styles, with an emphasis on dramatic and cinematic realism
- Designing according to different philosophies – from systems based on building blocks to customized solutions,
- Creating attractive commercial graphics,
- Collaborating with animators, designers, and programmers to achieve remarkable results,
- Working in a place where what you do matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mastery of the visual arts. Understanding of composition, color, and light. Knowledge of human and animal anatomy,
- Fluency in a variety of visual art styles,
- Ability to follow a process from ideation, through conceptual sketches, to detailed and commercial drawings,
- Experience in creating materials using tools such as Photoshop, Painter, Procreate, etc.,
- Knowledge of design fundamentals,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AA/AAA game design,
- Knowledge of trends in the market and the latest titles,
- Passion for gaming,
- Very good English (at least b2).
