Job Opening: Senior Compositor
Location: Milan, Italy
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Create high-end, photorealistic compositing work for complex shots
- Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor and production team to meet project deadlines and creative goals
- Integrate CG elements, perform clean-up, roto, and tracking where needed
- Manage shot continuity and look development across sequences
- Identify and solve creative or technical issues proactively
- Maintain consistent quality and workflow standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of professional compositing experience in commercials, music videos, or film/TV
- Proficiency with Nuke (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of color space, grading, and image integration
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be fiscally based in Italy for tax credit compliance
