Job Opening: Senior Backend Developer
Location: UK, Poland, Malta, Spain – Remote
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing server-side services and components for our gaming platform
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Server Developers, Operations Engineers, QA, Compliance, and Software Architect in the ongoing development of gaming platform
- Design and implement features for existing and future product
- Investigate and resolve production issues
Qualifications & Skills:
- We think around 3 or 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar field is about right
- Familiarity with the agile development process
- Experience developing server-side applications with Java
- Experience with employing unit testing, automated testing, continuous integration
- Experience with Spring framework
- Experience with RDBMS
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments
- Understanding of service-oriented architectural style
- Experience working with gambling platforms or working in the real-money gambling industry
