Job Opening: Senior Animation Producer
Location: Fully Remote, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Identify animation priorities and deliverables across the team and work with internal and external teams to ensure we are focused and delivering what is needed for the success of the project
- Manage daily scrums, dashboards, and JIRA tasks for the animation team
- Track and manage animation assets, and ensure appropriate reviews are completed, signed off, and implemented in-game ensuring deliverables are met
- Develop risk management and contingency planning strategies, schedule updates, and absence/holiday tracking
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Experience in project management, ideally for a team of 10 or greater
- Experience with animation production through a full development cycle
- Prior/current experience working as a Sr. Producer in a AAA environment
- Expert knowledge of production management software such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Sheets, Shotgrid, or similar tools ideally in a remote work environment
- Understanding of 3D animation pipelines, and the cross-departmental dependencies inherent in gameplay/cinematics game development
- Experience with Unreal is a bonus
- Experience working with animation outsourcing studios
- Experience working in a large-scale studio of 100 or more
- Experience shipping at least one AAA game title in a production role working with the animation department
