Job Opening: Senior 3D Animator
Location: Selangor, Malaysia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Lead and Supervisor to produce high-quality animation to create compelling, story-driven, and action-packed moments that fit within the style and pacing of the project.
- Work closely with Rigging and Pipeline departments in providing suggestions and feedback to improve character setup, visual quality, rigs, and tool functionality.
- Animating both primary and secondary characters and elements.
- Ability to multitask, understand priorities, and hit deadlines.
- Communicate the progress of work to the appropriate production staff.
- Assist with special projects.
- Proactive and possess the ability to work independently on assignments.
- Stay abreast of current technologies and offer ideas to implement them effectively.
- Be punctual to meetings and interact professionally with others.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of industrial experience in TV-Animation Series and/or Feature Films or games primarily focused on Animation.
- Experienced in working in an Animation Series and/or Feature Animated film pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and basic real-world physics and their application in animation.
- Proven ability to produce feature film quality character animation in a range of styles.
- Highly perceptive of the nuances of creating believable actions and subtle facial acting.
- Willing to learn and contribute to the success of the team and project and possess the ability to listen and be open to all feedback given.
