Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in creative development at a production house/studio/platform.
- The ability to effectively communicate, interact, and collaborate with creative talent.
- A voracious appetite for reading scripts, books, and consuming cinema.
- Expert level in written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are required.
- Knowledge of screenwriting and film production.
- Strong skills in the area of communication (storytelling and pitching), time management, multi-tasking, and organisation.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
- A degree in filmmaking and/or writing is helpful, but not necessary.
