- Advanced rigging knowledge of characters, animals, and various creatures.
- Ability to provide effective suggestions and solutions when modeling or animation problems arise.
- Willingness to learn to develop tools to automate rigging for long-term productions.
- Willingness to assist and guide junior artists.
- Good communication skills with team members and other departments.
- Good time management skills are needed to meet scheduled deadlines.
