This role is designed for a veteran artist who can mentor a team, maintain ironclad quality standards, and ensure our VFX pipeline remains seamless. Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Production Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in high-end rotoscoping for films or episodic content.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Silhouette and Nuke.
- Management Track Record: Proven experience in handling teams and managing production schedules.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for edge integrity, motion blur, and spatial consistency.
