Job Opening: UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist)

We are looking for a talented Figma Developer / UI Designer who can translate complex client requirements into beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences. Working with international clients, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process. Since this role operates during U.S. business hours, excellent communication and time management skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality UI/UX designs in Figma based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure design accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
- Iterate quickly on feedback and deliver final, developer-ready design assets promptly.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to work independently across time zones (EST schedule).
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with OutSystems is a significant plus. Basic knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) and experience in Agile remote teams will be highly valued.
