Job Opening: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Krakow, Poland
Type: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Recruit the best people for the right positions using methods that are engaging and transparent for both candidates and hiring managers;
- Support or even lead HR projects (internal communication, training, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Know what actions you want to take to achieve the above goals and have at least 3 years of experience that confirm your recruiting skills;
- Are familiar with sourcing methods (knowledge of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the X-ray search method);
- Can easily communicate with others and that your dialogue choices are impactful in a good way;
- Work well under pressure and are capable of remaining focused despite rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines;
- Have a strong command of both English and Polish;
- Are proactive and take responsibility for your actions;
- Are always working to improve your skills.
- Have a passion and interest in video games!
