Job Opening: Producer

Responsibilities:
- Facilitating effective team meetings using the Agile framework.
- Helping develop our shared production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Identifying, managing and mitigating risks.
- Managing product scope via the backlog.
- Working with project teams to provide estimates, milestones and roadmaps.
- Maintaining production schedules, development resources, and communication throughout the project.
- Ensuring cross-department visibility is clear and dependencies are properly tracked.
- Mentoring new and existing production team members
- Managing assigned production teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies to plan and coordinate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of various production pipelines.
- Experience in using Jira, Confluence, Miro, spreadsheet and writing tools or similar software.
- Comfortable and accomplished at working with remote teams.
