Job Opening: Animator
Location: Europe (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- The position “Animator” at Beyond Creative involves working in a team with other artists, designers, and programmers.
- With this role, you’ll be working on all things related to 3D.
- This might include modelling, materials and animations but could also include optimising existing assets for games.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of two years of professional rigging and animation experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in 3D production software such as Unreal Engine, Blender, etc.
- Sound understanding of rigging and animation systems within contemporary game engines.
- Confidence in utilizing shader editors (Unreal Engine, Unity, Substance, etc.).
- A solid grasp of animation principles, encompassing timing, physics, lighting, and color.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern rigging and animation techniques.
- Capable of crafting rigging setups and animations manually or through simulation.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating consistent efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to embrace new software and workflows.
- Ability to receive and effectively implement feedback.
- Comfortable developing both stylized and realistic animations.
- Familiarity with game optimization practices.
