Job Opening: 3D Art Lead

Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Leading and inspiring a team of 3D artists, providing artistic direction, mentorship, and support to enhance their skills.
- Visual Direction & Art Style: Implementing the overall visual style and art direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals.
- Asset Creation & Quality: Overseeing the creation of high-quality 3D assets, animations, and environments that enhance user experience, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborating with designers, developers, producers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows and ensure project success.
- Feedback & Reviews: Conducting regular reviews of 3D art assets, providing constructive feedback to artists, and ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Industry Knowledge & Innovation: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, investigating new technologies to enhance production processes and artistic capabilities.
- Pipeline & Workflow Development: Contributing to the development and improvement of art pipelines and workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Project Management: Managing art production schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of 3D assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Expert knowledge of 3D software: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine.
- Strong artistic fundamentals: Proven ability to model, texture, and animate 3D assets.
- Leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively with a team and other stakeholders.
- Project management skills: Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and resources.
- Experience in 3D asset creation: Experience with creating various types of 3D assets, such as characters, environments, props, and animations.
- Experience with art pipelines and workflows: Understanding of industry-standard art pipelines and workflows, and experience in implementing and improving them.
