Job opening: Unreal DTS
Job description:
- Closely work with the CG Leads / Sup’s / Creative Director’s to design and build interactive and production experiences using Unreal.
- Developing, testing, and maintaining of Unreal pipeline, including proprietary software tools and components.
- Investigating bugs/issues with existing tools, while participating in designing and implementing fixes and features as needed.
- Work directly with artists to investigate and address urgent issues related to custom pipeline tools.
- Ensure a seamless transition of assets and animation between Maya and Unreal.
- Material Creation – Design complex materials in Unreal and instruct artists on best practices for material creation.
- Serve as an active participant in team art discussions, critiques, and reviews.
- Troubleshooting, profiling and optimizing scenes and tools.
- Assist the team in preparing sequences for rendering in Unreal.
- Collaborate with developers to develop and test new features, prototype shader code, and provide useful feedback during R&D phases.

Qualifications:
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the team, producers, directors and clients
- Comfortable working and delivering under pressure and on schedule
- Understanding of entire 3D series production pipeline
- Familiarity with the entire 3D series pipeline
- Self-motivated problem solver
Experience:
- Extensive experience working with Unreal Engine
- Advanced experience of Unreal’s Blueprints system
- Working experience with the Perforce version control system
- Experience of working and understanding pipeline from Maya to Unreal
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with VR/AR authoring in Unreal
- Maya Rigging experience
- Unreal shader programming experience
- Scripting skills with MEL, Python, C++,Basic Database SQL
