Job Opening: Recruitment Assistant
Location: Wellington, New Zealand
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Reporting and managing Excel documents
- Monitoring incoming recruitment emails, replying to enquiries as necessary
- Assisting in the organisation of local and international conferences
- Providing support for local and nationwide tertiary engagement
- Overseeing advertising efforts both internally and externally
- Assisting recruitment database upkeep
Qualifications & Skills:
- The Recruitment Assistant role requires you to be an adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, busy environment.
- Being able to use your initiative, be self-motivated and adapt to change will be critical to your success.
- You will have a good eye for detail and excellent interpersonal and time-keeping skills to ensure a high level of service is provided, and deadlines are met.
