Job Opening: QA Manager
Location: Milano, Italy
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA Team throughout the entire development process, from initial design to final release.
- Deal with publishers and coordinate with external QA teams to ensure smooth integration and collaboration.
- Supervise the submission process, ensuring all deliverables meet the required standards and timelines.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases
- Monitor and report on Game Performances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Mentor and train QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, production, and support, to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year in a lead or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of development kits (dev kits) and SDKs, and how they function.
- Excellent knowledge of the different platforms’ TRCs and XRs.
- Proven ability to manage the QA pipeline across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
