Job Opening: Production Manager
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the basic requirements of the Projects.
- Work closely with discipline supervisors, coordinators and leads in resource planning and scheduling of work, keeping in mind the overall production schedule and client reviews.
- Clearing the scope of the Project to team.
- Monitoring the Project on a daily basis to track the progress of the project.
- Connect with the supervisor to clear the scope and doubts.
- Projects tracking as per pipeline.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the project.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Should be able to work under complex situations and pressure.
- Should have knowledge of 3D and Post-production software.
- Should have knowledge of tracking software ex. Ftrack, Shotgun, Manday.com and Google sheets, etc.
- Planning and Allocation of resources.
- Projection of the delivery.
- Risk Management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication.
- Strong people management skills.
- Team Management.
- Good Decision making.
