Job Opening: Production Manager
Location: Barrandov, Prague
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Organize the entire post-production process (data-management, offline, online, grading, mastering)
- Attend meetings to report status updates, following steps, and schedule adjustments
- Report significant factors that can affect ability to produce the highest quality work within expected deadlines
- Creating detailed schedules for television and film projects and look after budgets
- Effectively communicate ideas, directions, and schedules with the post-production team
- Running day-to-day management of the post production
- Proactively problem-solve, providing updates, priorities, and rescheduled
- Responsible for film and television projects
- Communication with clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must possess very strong organizational and communication skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner while meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with the team during production peaks
- Postproduction pipeline knowledge is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships throughout all levels of an organization
- Be result-oriented and ready for long-term cooperation
- A positive personality and flexibility
