Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Location: Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, prioritize and track internal technical assignments and project details
- Organize dailies, rounds and project meetings ยป Must schedule and track artists’ work: manage internal shot goals, status and delivery dates using proprietary project management tool
- Organize and set up media for cineSync/client review sessions
- Create and review technical specifications for the creation of visual effects work
- Ensure work is being approved and completed on time and as per specifications
- Review technical client requests and assess the feasibility of implementation and/or cost impact
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in VFX industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be a detail-oriented, proactive and well organized individual, who is able to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
