Job Opening: Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the production team in scheduling, tracking, and managing project progress.
- Coordinate between artists, leads, and supervisors to ensure clear communication.
- Update production databases and reports regularly.
- Flag potential delays or issues and help plan solutions proactively.
- Support the team in daily production meetings and delivery timelines.
- Maintain documentation and ensure delivery milestones are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in VFX production coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with production tracking tools (e.g., ShotGrid, ftrack) is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
