Job Opening: Assistant/ Associate Producer

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Content Operation: Ensuring the daily operations of various running audio shows, including the management of complex multicast audio series. Track and deliver week on week the required episodes needed for the target uploads.
  • Research & Planning: Working closely with the content team, production team, and creators to plan as per the content pipeline and streamline their timely delivery.
  • Managing large teams of content creators and ensuring that creators are aligned with their deliverables, particularly in the context of multicast dubbing and theatre experiences, and ensuring the creator pool is optimally utillxed.
  • OperatIonelize and lead a network of internal and external partners to create best-in-class audio creation workstrearns, setting creation standards across all facets of the production cycle, Including multicast dubbing and theatre production.
  • Utilize organizational skills to manage a growing portfolio of creators across the region, with a focus on those involved in multicast dubbing and theatre productions.
  • Track user comments to Identify issues linked to voice and sound, especially In multicast dubbing projects, and take proactive action to address them.
  • For show launches, track and perform Quality Control QC in sync with the QC team, maintaining the best quality, and being accountable for Quality Check misses for content produced, including multicast dubbing quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of producing and managing content, content creators, and creative communities, with a strong background In multicast dubbing and theatre experience.
  • Strong creative Instincts and an Informed POV on what will delight our listeners when It comes to long-form audio creation.
  • Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong project management skits and experience managing multiple workstreams.
  • Deep knowledge of, and established relationships with, key voice talent and agents.
  • Experience managing a complex production schedule with the ability to manage priorities on a title-by-title basis.
  • A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and autonomy confident In working independently and assuming clear ownership of projects.
  • Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator/team player – with the ability to maintain calm, make good decisions, and work with constant ambiguity.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
