Job Opening: Unreal Engine Artist
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and with teams to contribute throughout all phases of a project, from inception to completion
- Work closely with our creative and production teams to build innovative experiences for a variety of clients
- Responsible for building visually stunning and accurate environments
- Create moods through the lighting of levels and tuning shaders that are consistent with the art direction of the project
- Tune surface shaders, light properties, and post-process to get to the final desired look
- Develop tools and provide technical assistance to artists and developers on the team
- Provide technical leadership in areas of specialization
- Use your professional experience to mentor other members of the team
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical proficiency in 3D workflow areas like modeling, texturing, lighting & rendering
- Strong organizational and communications skills, along with an understanding of production values, deadlines, and priorities
- Proven experience with UE with a focus on environments
- Knowledge of Maya, 3dsMax, and Houdini is a big advantage
- Excellent at problem-solving
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think outside the box
