Job Opening: Head of Production
Location: Holywood, Northern Ireland
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the assurance of all productions and provide leadership & support across productions by leading budget creation and management, workflow management and reporting; building confidence with all stakeholders
- To ensure that the production needs are met by the company’s business functions through liaison with appropriate individuals (Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, IT/Technology and others)
- To oversee the elevation of creative quality, production efficiency and the building of an innovative and passionate studio culture.
- Promoting confidence & trust for the above with new & existing Clients/Partners.
- Strategies and Action Plans for optimizing production workflow and efficiencies, enhancing creative needs & production scaling.
- Optimized slate management, slate overview reports and external/internal resourcing plans
- Executive reports as needed, including updates and production status reports.
- Talent Development plans for production & creative management personnel
- Strong Client & Creator relationships
