- Independently fill a variety of job vacancies (IT, art, gaming positions, administrative roles, etc.).
- Play a part in establishing an attractive HR brand for the company.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment standards throughout the company.
- Participate in HR-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience in IT companies is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Self-motivation, decision-making ability, and a proactive approach.
- A passion for gaming is a significant advantage. You’ll often collaborate with industry experts, so a genuine interest in game development can greatly enhance your work.
