Job Opening: Senior Compositor
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, seamless composites for films, commercials, and digital content.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level compositors.
- Provide artistic and technical direction to ensure consistency and quality in compositing work.
- Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor and CG team to maintain seamless integration of elements.
- Adapt to different compositing software as per project requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex compositing challenges and optimize workflows.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in compositing.
- Prior experience in a lead or senior role within a VFX team is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in any compositing software except Nuke.
- Strong understanding of color grading, keying, rotoscoping, and tracking.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and workflow optimization mindset.
