Job Opening: Producer
Location: Hatfield, England, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production for all video content across multiple channels.
- Utilise monday.com to manage projects, create schedules, and allocate creative resources for all assigned video briefs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear understanding of priorities and deadlines.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that each brief has been worked on to a high standard, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Regularly attending shoots, managing crews, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Create and circulate all production documents (internally and externally) including PPMs, call sheets, shooting schedules, etc.
- Continuously look to streamline production processes, listen to feedback, and implement meaningful change to help the department work more efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in both photo and video production, ideally either in-house or agency-based
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and raise POs in a timely manner.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software (e.g. monday.com).
- A passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.
- Retail background beneficial.
