Job Opening: HR Business Partner
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent management and development initiatives to support people’s high engagement and lifetime retention;
- Partner with HR’s main functional areas (Hiring, Employee Experience, Learning & Talent Development and Compensation);
- Coach and provide consultancy to business leaders to further develop their leadership skills and teams;
- Lead and execute various projects and initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, communication, and performance;
- Proactively identify business needs, and design and execute HR solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Partner;
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills;
- Experience in supporting both growing and dynamic teams;
- High level of business acumen;
- Hands-on approach and ownership to ensure people’s high level of engagement;
- Ability to work independently and proven experience in problem-solving;
- Experience in team building and team development;
- Effective communication skills in both Ukrainian/Belarusian/Russian and English.
