Positions:

1. Modeling:

  • Creating cameras and lining up to reference using scan data.
  • Model using photo references or scan data, matching volume, shape and details to partial or full camera.
  • Create Uvs for texture or groom.
  • Creating models for scattering or providing models for kit bashing
  • Retopologizing a scan model to a MPC pipeline quad mesh.
  • Create models for roto anim for tracking and update models with added

2. Key Artist & Lead Modelling:

  • Conceptual work
  • Hero modeling tasks
  • Facial blend shape setups
  • Keen eye for design
  • In depth knowledge of human, animal and monster anatomy
  • Full ownership on assets and endeavor to meet and elaborate on client and supervision’s brief
  • Meet production schedules and set deadlines while maintaining the highest standards
  • Work closely with assistants, leads and downstream departments

3. Texturing:

  • Needs to source textures from photo references. Collect additional references in line with the photo shoot if there isn’t enough coverage in the given references
  • Re-use existing textures from the asset Library and re-purpose them as needed
  • Uses templates from key artists to support and fast track their work
  • Lookdev assets based on given photo references
  • Ingest assets coming from other vendors into MPC pipeline and lookdev assets to match client lookdev turntables
  • Is responsible for delivering the best VFX asset by following the supervision team and clients creative vision
  • Should be able to present dailies in the best possible way to communicate work progress and fast track decision making
  • Meet production schedules and set deadlines while maintaining the highest standards

4. Key Artist & Lead Texturing:

  • Should be good at visualizing the final look of an asset by looking at the concept or create a visual plan when the visual target is not defined
  • Needs to source references and create mood boards to create the vision for the design based on the given inputs and briefs
  • Is responsible for delivering the best VFX asset by following the supervision team and clients creative vision
  • Should be very creative and come up with plans and communicate through quick dailies that will help to fast track decision making at different levels.
  • Meet production schedules and set deadlines while maintaining the highest standards
  • Supports artists by creating templates in Mari, Nuke and Katana.
  • Takes group responsibilities for his/her shot teams and guides artists in workflows and maintaining the quality of the assets.
