Job Opening: Maya Pipeline & Tool TD
Location: Salt Lake City, UT, USA
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide software and tools support to production and artists.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
- Works daily with the Production team to identify and implement existing and new features.
- Troubleshoot artist tool issues; develop effective solutions.
- Write Technical Briefs and UI documentation.
- Complete various tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in film, TV, or games.
- Intermediate to advanced level user of Maya.
- Strong Python and MEL scripting skills.
- C++, Maya API and Shotgun (preferred).
- Knowledge of Maya rigging techniques.
- Experience with Rigging, Animation, and Creature FX (preferred).
- Familiarity with Unreal or Unity.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong self-sufficient troubleshooter.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Able to take direction.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
