Job Opening: Look Development Artist
Location: Santa Clara Valley, California, United States

Responsibilities:
- Leverage your experience in look development to create shaders and materials that will generalize to a diverse range of photorealistic digital content.
- You will work in a multi-functional team providing synthetic data to develop innovative computer vision and machine learning algorithms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience working with techniques and technologies for CG rendering and look development in feature film, VFX, and/or games
- Excellent ability to discern and manipulate light, shade, color, and intricate details to create physically-based, photorealistic material models
- Extensive knowledge and experience on creating photorealistic digital humans, including look dev, body and facial rigging, cloth, and hair
- Expertise in Maya with crafting advanced shading networks for the creation of photorealistic, physically-based materials
- Highly proficient in painting 2d textures in Photoshop, and 3D texture painting in Mari, Substance 3D painter, and/or ZBrush
- Solid understanding working with V-Ray or other ray trace renderers
- Ability to scale work to large numbers of diverse digital content while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
