Job Opening: Lighting Artist – Internship
Location: Montreal, Canada
Type: Internship
Responsibilities:
- Make suggestions regarding atmosphere and lighting to develop the visual style and validate the quality of the lighting with the Artistic Director
- Define workflows and create visual benchmarks
- Design lighting systems that will support the visual style and gameplay
- Verify the quality of the lighting in-game and make any necessary changes
- Correct the lighting bugs entered by testers to eliminate anomalies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals and design including composition and color theory
- Solid technical knowledge of how to create runtime lighting in game engines such as Unity and Unreal
- Keen interest in video games

- Be available to work 37.5 hours a week
- Be eligible to work in Canada (detain a valid work permit) at the time of your application
