Responsibilities:
- Champion and drive the artistic vision for an entire project to the highest possible standard.
- Art Direct all art sub-disciplines such as Environment, Animation, and UI.
- Set and maintain visual benchmarks and standards.
- Collaborate and problem solve with the wider development team to achieve common goals.
- To be a visible and vocal leader.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrable experience leading the art direction of AAA titles.
- Knowledge of the modern game landscape, tropes, features, and limitations.
- Broad knowledge of current content creation tools and practices.
- Passion for playing games.
- Experience working on open-world projects.
- Shipped AAA games.
- Fluency with Unreal Engine.
- Professional work spanning titles/genres.
