Job Opening: Senior Crowd Artist
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Responsibilities:
- Generate the motion of crowds using simulation techniques to populate large numbers of characters that deliver compelling performances.
- Make sure that crowd animation follows the quality standards and artistic direction.
- Make sure that crowd animation looks believable and consistent with the style of the animation.
- Maximize the project’s visual spectacularity.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fully remote environment, with that comes the supreme individual responsibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great team player, create a collaborative and welcoming environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and within budgets, adhere to the production schedule and deliver completed assignments on time.
- Align with the style, sensibility of the project and the Director vision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of crowd experience from either animation TV series or feature animation movies.
- Knowledge of Golaem.
- Programming knowledge is a plus.
- Strong visual awareness and artistic ability, having a good eye for composition, color, light, and shadow.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and implement it effectively, to reach the quality desired.
- Anticipation and quick reaction for problem-solving.
- Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity in your work.
- Great attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
