Job Opening: VFX Shoot Supervisor
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all VFX work from pre-production and shoot supervision to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Directors, DOPs, and Production Teams during shoots.
- Lead internal and vendor teams through short planning, execution, and creative feedback.
- Ensure work meets the highest visual and technical standards, on time and budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of VFX experience with proven on-set supervision credentials.
- Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and set protocols.
- Familiarity with Virtual Production, Unreal Engine, and real-time workflows.
- Understanding of Lidar scans, HDRI capture, chrome/gray ball use, and set measurements.
- Comfort using ShotGrid, photogrammetry tools, and other on-set tech tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong portfolio/showreel that showcases your craft.
