Job Opening: Creative Games Manager
Location: Billund, Denmark
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead games ecosystem integration products and product features with a discovery and delivery mindset
- Leverage player needs, audience profiles and other insights to define the right product value propositions
- Own and drive the creative process around product concepts, prototypes and development together with a mix of internal and external partners
- Work within constraints to define the best recruiting and engaging play/player experiences
- Develop user journeys and wireframes with a strong UX foundation
- Collaborate efficiently with teams, managing tasks and time efficiently
- Support and contribute to innovation efforts in digital play and gaming
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min. 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of digital play and games
- Solid experience with UX/UI design
- Systematic approach to design, with the ability to prioritize according to relevant needs.
- Substantial experience with digital product development thinking from ideation to concept to final product
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and visually.
- Experience from working in big organizations with many stakeholders is an advantage
- Prior experience with children or young adult digital products is beneficial.
- Experience from working with the integration of account systems, loyalty programs and achievement systems for games is an advantage.
