Job Opening: Lead UI Programmer
Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a team of talented UI Programmers
- Partner with our leadership team to establish the UI direction and priorities
- Guide the goals and expectations for the team and for the wider studio
- Drive requirements while developing and encouraging best practices for UI development
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize & build out UI technology
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven ability in building, mentoring and leading a team of talented UI Programmers
- In-depth knowledge of C++
- Experience in UI development and have worked with custom UI frameworks and technologies
- Experience building UI for online & data-informed experiences
- Initiative to identify problems and drive efforts to craft solutions
- A desire to learn and grow with us
