Job Opening: Lead Producer
Location: Irvine, California / Remote
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Build, Manage, and Lead a team of Producers and Production Assistants that are responsible for capturing requirements, tasks, and actions that must be completed in order to successfully deliver projects and features for our AAA open-world title.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure that project goals and deliverables are clearly communicated and achieved.
- Develop and improve new and existing production methodologies.
- Coach members of the Production team on how to identify and anticipate risks associated with projects currently in development, and how to propose solutions.
- Responsible for ensuring product quality and design direction through each stage of the development process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of experience in management in a production/development environment with at least one shipped title
- Experience in the AAA space in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity on implementing and working in a KPI-focused environment, and delivering ROI
- Collaborative, proactive, creative, and accountable team mindset
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of production requirements for an AAA open-world title
