Job Opening: Lead Producer
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Communicate the health and status of the portfolio to stakeholders on an ongoing basis; engage with the team leadership to keep them informed of current live event statuses as well as presenting data-driven results and recaps.
- Accountable for Objectives and Key Results alignment with the North Star and business objectives.
- Handles escalations & team conflict with no involvement from Directors and provides guidance for the production team.
- Has the ability to effectively communicate across all levels and can elegantly synthesize information into integral, succinct bites for the C-suite.
- Holds space and leads the holistic team and all relevant functions.
- Direct manager to individual contributors on the team/game.
- Leads a team of 40 team members or more and controls revenue north of 25M/year.
- Ambassador who exhibits unflinching devotion to the general well being of the team and the game(s).
- Accountable for the health of the team and title.
- Ability to think strategically and assess future risks and strategies.
- Empowers the producers to find methods to ensure on-time shipments & properly handle escalations and course correct if issues occur.
- Supports creating the vision and long-term strategy of the team and title and ensures the team has the right tools, attitude, and people to execute against the vision.
- Signs off on the roadmap, removes blockers and ensures people are doing their best work.
- Creates, maintains, and owns projections. Monitors actuals vs projections to ensure team hits or exceeds targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated and strong mobile game industry experience and deep knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Proven success of $20+ million-dollar projects and running large teams
- Demonstrated & strong experience with project management tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.), data tools and platform tools and has the ability to lead, coach and train others.
- 5+ years of experience as a Producer in mobile games.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and task management skills.
- Strong understanding of Atlassian products (both Jira and Confluence).
- A solid understanding of social, F2P, and idle mobile games.
- Strong knowledge & experience of production methodologies including, but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban.
- Experience working in a Live-ops environment.
- Previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Superb ability to collaborate, problem solve, and build consensus.
- Excellent listener and relationship builder; strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions by leveraging metrics, SMEs, OKRs, and other resources.
- A strategic thinker who can balance between short-term and long-term priorities.
- Strong sense of urgency; willing to roll up the sleeves and jump right in to get things done.
