Job Opening: Lead Paint & Roto Artist

Responsibilities:
- Brief and manage the reviewing of Outsourced shots.
- Review internal paint/roto shots.
- Provide technical support for their team.
- Be involved in/contribute to show-wide pipeline challenges.
- Be a role model for all junior artists.
- (In some cases) Manage the expectations of Compositors – work closely with Compositors/Comp Leads to ensure an efficient/effective route to the desired goal.
- Maintain a close relationship with Production and be a point person for both Production and Supervisors (etc)
- Begin to be involved in the bidding of shots.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have experience as a Senior Career Paint Artist / preferably with previous Leading experience.
- Composed and responsible in high-stress situations.
- Role model – both in attitude and technical approach.
- Good communicative/collaborative skills.
