Qualifications & Skills:
- He/She Should be able to guide the team of Juniors as well as do the collaboration with Manager & Art directors in the team.
- With effective communication skills of Hindi or least Basic of english for understanding the client scripts and requirements.
- Ability to give direction as per client vision.
- Must be a great example for others to solve any technical glitches.
- Giving a better bid for projects as per requirements, handling the projects under deadline.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders.
- Able to understand multiple styles of animation as we develop brand identities for multinational companies and clients we want a core personality for this hunger game.
- Problem-solving attitude if any situation comes.
- Able to manage the art direction for the pre team as per client requirements.
- He/She must do character design as per requirements if any comes.
- Create animatics according to the script by the client.
