Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Analyst
Location: Recife, PE – Brasil
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates;
- Identify relevant talent sources, such as professional networks, events, and educational institutions;
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening of candidates;
- Schedule and conduct behavioral interviews and follow up technical interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for open positions;
- Provide feedback to candidates on their performance in the stages of the selection process;
- Maintain up-to-date and organized recruiting systems and tools, recording relevant information about candidates;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations related to hiring;
- Track hiring progress and provide periodic reports on recruitment metrics;
- Proactively source and identify qualified talent through active recruiting techniques such as social media research, professional databases, and other relevant sources;
- Create relevant content to attract talent and promote the company on social media and other communication channels;
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates during the selection process, answering questions and providing appropriate support;
- Elaborate job descriptions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in recruiting technical positions, preferably in the gaming or technology industry;
- Familiarity with the technical skills and competencies required for positions in the gaming industry;
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, including talent sourcing and triage techniques;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
