Job Opening: Junior & Mid-level 3D Artist
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Creating In-Game Props/Assets:
- Develop top-notch assets suitable for Console, PC, Mobile, AR/VR, and game trailers.
- Ensure versatility across different platforms without compromising quality.
- Crafting Weapons, Vehicles, and Props:
- Follow a structured process to build high and low poly models for weapons, vehicles, and props.
- Maintain consistency in the model creation process to match varied game requirements.
- Texturing for All Platforms:
- Generate high-quality textures compatible with both traditional and PBR pipelines.
- Ensure textures enhance the overall game presentation for a seamless visual experience. In essence, it’s about creating adaptable, high-quality assets and textures that shine across diverse gaming platforms while maintaining simplicity in the approach.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 to 3 Experience in video game production or related experience is preferred.
- Academic background in arts or equivalent or traditional art background is preferred.
- Good artistic sense, proactive personality, and eagerness to learn new techniques.
- Good knowledge of 3D packages like Zbrush, and Maya, and procedural software like Painter.
- Self-motivation, Good communication skills, and fast learner.
- Portfolio demonstrating good Props/Assets.
- Good understanding of workflows related to 3D art asset production.
- Understanding of PBR workflows and experience in texturing software such as Substance Painter.
