Job Opening: Junior HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support in the holistic support of the managing directors and employees of the individual subsidiaries
- Taking over all tasks in the recruiting process, from job advertisement to entry
- You support the completion of administrative tasks, such as the preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments, certificates, and evaluations as well as the coordination of on- and offboarding
- Optimization of existing and development of new HR processes
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have initial professional experience in human resources or a comparable position
- Your quick comprehension, high level of independence, and your structured way of working characterize you
- You communicate at eye level and act with the necessary tact
- You can express yourself very well in German and have good written and spoken English skills
