Job Opening: VFX Supervisor
Locations: Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh
Type: Full-time, On-site
Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in VFX, with 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all creative and technical aspects of visual effects for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with directors and production teams to interpret the creative vision and translate it into visual effects.
- Provide clear artistic and technical direction to VFX teams (FX, Comp, Lighting, Modeling, Animation, etc.).
- Oversee shot planning, workflow, schedules, and delivery pipelines to meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot complex shots and provide guidance to artists on solving challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in the VFX industry, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of all VFX disciplines including compositing, lighting, FX, and CG pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading teams on feature films, episodic content, commercials, or high-end cinematics.
- A professional showreel demonstrating both creative and technical VFX supervision work is mandatory.
